Mr. Giovara is a founding partner of PCCP. Mr. Giovara's primary responsibilities are sourcing new partners and originating and structuring real estate investments. Since 1998, Mr. Giovara has originated, structured, and closed over $800 million of real estate investments on behalf of PCCP. From 1991 to 1998, Mr. Giovara was a Vice President at Wells Fargo Bank and a principal in the Capital Markets Group, where he was responsible for originating more than $600 million of highly leveraged real estate investments, including the purchase of both performing and non-performing loans and loan pools. Mr. Giovara has led all aspects of underwriting, due diligence, and structuring of residential developments, retail centers, industrial and office buildings, as well as undeveloped land. Prior to joining Wells Fargo's capital markets group, Mr. Giovara was a member of the bank's Real Estate Industries Group where he specialized in originating standing and construction loans. Mr. Giovara received a B.S. in Real Estate and Finance from the University of California, Berkeley.
