Jennifer Diaz joined PCCP in October 2000. Since joining PCCP Ms. Diaz has originated, structured and closed over $355 million of new senior and mezzanine financing and $350 million of new equity investments. Ms. Diaz is in charge of asset managing these debt and equity investments on a day-to-day basis and thus interfaces with the borrowers and sponsor partners to maximize the value of the underlying real estate. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Diaz was an associate with The Archon Group, an affiliate of Goldman Sachs. She served on a GE Capital/Goldman Sachs joint venture team, underwriting nonperforming loan portfolios and setting up recovery platforms in Mexico, Thailand and Argentina. Ms. Diaz received her B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Southern California.
