Winston Pierce joined PCCP in February 2004. Mr. Pierce's responsibilities include oversight of the accounting and treasury function for all of PCCP's debt platforms. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Pierce was a Senior Analyst at Arden Realty, Inc., where his duties included analyzing market conditions, analyzing portfolio performance, peer group analysis, investor relations and debt compliance. Prior to joining Arden, Mr. Pierce was assistant controller at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., where he was responsible for the operational accounting function. Prior to this position, he served as an Audit Senior for Ernst & Young, working with clients in the real estate industry in the public and private section. Mr. Pierce received a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge in 1995 and is an inactive Certified Public Accountant.
