Erik R. Flynn joined PCCP in May, 2004. Mr. Flynn's responsibilities include debt and equity originations, asset management, financial modeling and transaction due diligence, with a focus on the Pacific Northwest, Denver and the Silicon Valley. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Flynn was a Financial Analyst for the asset management group of Unico Properties, an investment real estate and operating company headquartered in Seattle. During his time at Unico, Mr. Flynn focused on the financial management of Unico's west coast office portfolio while also acting as a primary financial analyst on multi-family development opportunities. Mr. Flynn received a B.S. in Finance and Information Systems from Boston College.
