Carolyn Powell joined PCCP in February 2005. Her responsibilities at PCCP include financial modeling, asset management, transaction due diligence and servicing. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Powell worked for Tiarna Real Estate Services, where she handled office building management, leasing and accounting. Prior to Tiarna, Carolyn managed a portfolio of over a half-million square feet of combined retail, office and industrial properties for Charles Dunn Company. Ms. Powell holds a California Real Estate License and received a B.S. in Psychology from the University of California, Davis. |
