Larry Dumas joined PCCP in August 2005. Mr. Dumas' responsibilities include asset management, financial modeling, and underwriting. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Dumas performed asset management duties for Divco West Properties where he focused on office, industrial and hotel assets in the San Francisco Bay area. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Dumas was an associate at AMB Property Corporation where he underwrote, performed due diligence and closed equity investments for the acquisitions group. Prior thereto, Mr. Dumas consulted for Arthur Andersen's Real Estate Services Group. Mr. Dumas received his B.A. in History from the University of Virginia.
