Mr. Thornton joined PCCP in 1999. Mr. Thornton is responsible for the administration of operations, policies and procedures, and the integration of new platforms within PCCP. Since joining PCCP, Mr. Thornton has been involved in debt and equity investment origination, investment restructurings, and asset management oversight. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Thornton was a real estate finance officer at Nomura, where he was responsible for construction loan origination and balance sheet asset dispositions. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Thornton was an associate with Capital Trust, where he underwrote and closed mezzanine investment opportunities as well as managed distressed loan workout pools. Mr. Thornton received his B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. |
