Steve Towle joined PCCP in June 2006. Mr. Towle is responsible for management of the finance and accounting group which oversees treasury, accounting and investor reporting for the PCCP debt and equity platforms. Mr. Towle is also responsible for all corporate finance and accounting functions. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Towle was Vice President at Lowe Enterprises in Los Angeles where he was responsible for finance, accounting, and investor reporting for multiple separate accounts and commingled funds. Before working at Lowe Enterprises, Mr. Towle spent 10 years working at Ernst & Young in the audit practice, specializing in the real estate industry. Mr. Towle received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California in 1992 and is a Certified Public Accountant.
