Mr. Kuemmeler is a founding partner of PCCP. Mr. Kuemmeler directs PCCP’s lending effort of over $3.5 billion in structured real estate financing and $1.5 billion of joint venture equity. Prior to forming PCCP, Mr. Kuemmeler spent 13 years at Wells Fargo Bank as Senior Vice President in the Real Estate Merchant Banking Group and was responsible for acquiring and financing sub-performing and non-performing loan portfolios, acquiring and managing distressed CMBS, structuring and investing in other value-added real estate opportunities. Prior to joining the Real Estate Merchant Banking Group, Mr. Kuemmeler was a principal in Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Workout Group, where he restructured problem loans. Mr. Kuemmeler led the bank workouts of large structured national credits, including multi-lender syndicates on public company real estate secured and unsecured debt. Mr. Kuemmeler earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and received his M.B.A. from Berkeley’s Haas Business School.
