Claudia Pearson joined PCCP in August 2006. Mrs. Pearson is responsible for day-to-day accounting and finance functions. Prior to joining PCCP, Mrs. Pearson was Vice President - Corporate Finance at Arden Realty, Inc. where she was responsible for REIT compliance, investor relations and analyzing market conditions/peer group performance. Prior to joining Arden, Mrs. Pearson was Assistant Vice President - Financial Reporting at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., where she was responsible for SEC reporting and investor relations. Prior to this position, she served as an Audit Senior at Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal, specializing in the real estate industry. Mrs. Pearson received a B.A. in Business Administration from Mount St. Mary's College, Los Angeles in 1991 and is a Certified Public Accountant.
