Caaren Abbott joined PCCP in February 2007. Ms. Abbott is responsible for assisting with the formation/dissolution and management of legal entities and coordination of tax compliance/tax structuring. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Abbott was the Vice President of Finance at American Capital Development, an affiliate of American Capital Group, a fully integrated real estate development company. While at ACG she was responsible for debt financing, asset management and accounting/tax coordination. Prior to this position, she was an Audit Senior with Moss Adams, LLP, specializing in community financial institutions. Ms. Abbott received her B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington and is a Certified Public Accountant.
