Jacquelyn B. Hamilton joined PCCP in December 2009 after 10 years at Lehman Brothers, most recently as a Senior Vice President responsible for investment origination and asset management in Lehman Brothers Real Estate Mezzanine Partners, Lehman's real estate private equity mezzanine platform. Prior to that role, Ms. Hamilton executed and managed numerous real estate equity and debt transactions on behalf of the firm's Principal Transactions Group. Before joining Lehman Brothers, she was an asset manager for Atlanta-based Hatfield Philips Inc., where she was responsible for monitoring and restructuring debt and equity real estate investments. Ms. Hamilton received a B.S. in Biology from the Georgia Institute of Technology, summa cum laude and holds an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
