Ron Bonneau joined PCCP in December 2009. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Bonneau was an Underwriter at Lehman Brothers Real Estate Mezzanine Partners, Lehman's real estate private equity mezzanine platform, where he preformed financial modeling, transaction due diligence, and asset management. Prior thereto, Mr. Bonneau worked as an Asset Manager for TriMont Real Estate Advisors, where he managed a real estate portfolio of over 30 assets for AIG, Barclays, Fannie Mae, Hypo Bank, and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Bonneau has over five years of real estate experience and holds a B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
