John Prete joined PCCP in December 2009. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Prete spent four years as an investment professional at Lehman Brothers Real Estate Mezzanine Partners, Lehman's real estate private equity mezzanine platform. While at Lehman, Mr. Prete's responsibilities included the origination, asset management, and restructuring of over $1 billion in real estate investments across a variety of property types and debt structures. Mr. Prete also contributed to fund management by handling fund-level financing, hedging, liquidity modeling, and by participating in a fund-level recapitalization involving the issuance of preferred equity. Prior to joining Lehman, Mr. Prete was a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Prete has six years of real estate experience and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
