Kevin Chin joined PCCP in December 2009. Prior to joining PCCP, Mr. Chin was an Associate with Lehman Brothers Real Estate Mezzanine Partners, where he was responsible for financial modeling, asset management and transaction due diligence. Mr. Chin joined Lehman Brothers in 2002 as a member of Lehman Brothers' Global Real Estate Group, where he structured and underwrote conduit loans, and served as a deal manager on CMBS securitizations totaling over $17 billion. Mr. Chin holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
