Barrie Bloom joined PCCP in December 2009 after working as an Associate for Lehman Brothers Real Estate Mezzanine Partners responsible for mezzanine investments and financial and risk management of the fund. At Lehman, Ms. Bloom worked to restructure leverage facilities, monitor fund derivatives and liquidity, and asset management of distressed properties. Prior to attending business school, Ms. Bloom was a loan officer at LaSalle Bank in the for-sale residential division where she managed a $290 million loan portfolio. Ms. Bloom holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an M.B.A from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
