Mr. Galusha joined PCCP in 2002. Mr. Galusha is responsible for joint venture equity and debt originations in the United States. Since joining the firm, Mr. Galusha has been involved in over 50 transactions and has committed approximately $800 million to retail, land, office, multifamily, hospitality, and industrial projects throughout the western United States. His primary responsibilities include managing the Los Angeles office's deal origination, structuring, negotiation, due diligence, and closings. From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Galusha originated, performed due diligence on and closed equity investments as a Vice President with the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Venture; two years were spent in Asia pursuing distressed debt portfolios, including the first acquisition of a non-performing loan portfolio in China by foreign capital. Prior to his time in Asia, Mr. Galusha performed acquisition, asset management, development, entitlement and disposition functions for: Kearny Real Estate Company, a wholly-owned Los Angeles based subsidiary of the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Venture; Amstar, a private owner/developer of commercial properties throughout the United States; and Trammell Crow Company. Mr. Galusha received his B.A. in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
